What date should I RSVP by?
The kindness of your RSVP is appreciated no later than August 1st, 2025. Please RSVP at the link below.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
We invite you to RSVP online by following the link below or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.
What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue? Is it wheelchair accessible?
NCR Country Club: 4435 Dogwood Trail, Kettering, OH 45429
Yes, the venue is fully accessible!
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
NCR Country Club provides plenty of onsite parking!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Barring any adverse weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors on the lawn behind NCR Country Club. The reception will be hosted indoors in the Ballroom.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We kindly ask our guests to dress up with us! The dress code is formal, coinciding with the country club's dress code. Please no jeans.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. Please indicate their name on your RSVP if not already populated!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes! Your kiddos are welcome to share in the celebration of our day. Please indicate if you will be bringing any children and if they would like a kid's meal on your RSVP response.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
TBD! Meals will be plated and a vegetarian option will be available.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP response.
Will there be an open bar?
The bar tab is on us up to a certain dollar amount! If the limit is reached, we kindly ask you purchase your additional drinks. NCR accepts cash and card.
What is your wedding hashtag?
We kindly ask guests to post photos on social media with the hashtag #ThomasTime
